Wholeschool Ticketing provides a support system for teachers that includes email and text alerts. Fully configurable admin allows you to preset support topics such as technical problems or software issues such as queries around a VLE. Users find a very clean and uncluttered enviornment in which to post any problems and the support staff can easily identify new tickets raised and which have been flagged as priority.
